Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Returns are sent to the central warehouse in Asia.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can. If you are not satisfied with the items ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt. For the return to be accepted, the order must meet all the following conditions:

The order still contains all appropriate parts and components, and the packaging arrived exactly as the product.

Normal handling of the product is evident. Damage resulting from careless use is excluded.

Products for which hygiene is important have been properly cleaned before the return process began.

Any defect in the product was reported immediately upon receipt.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.

The return will be processed within 7 working days. If the conditions are met, it will be officially acknowledged within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
If your order meets the above conditions, follow the steps below to initiate the return process:

1. Email: Send an email to info@elenaamalfi.com with the subject 'Return Request'.

2. Information: Ensure the email contains: order number, reason for the return request, photo of the product in case of damage, customer's full name, and customer's address.

3. Wait: We will contact you and provide the correct return address. Do not send the product back to the sender; await the return address we will send you.

4. Shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the product to our central warehouse in Asia.
ATTENTION: NEVER send the return to the sender; always wait for the return address we will provide.
A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right of withdrawal according to the following provisions, if the consumer is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity.
Cancellation Period (Right of Withdrawal): 14 DAYS
Starting from the day the customer or a third party designated by them received the last products.
Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, it is not possible to stop the shipping process until delivery. A refund is not possible after receiving the products without them being returned.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ELENA AMALFI) by means of an explicit statement (e.g., via email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is concluded when we receive the products. The costs of returning the products are borne by the buyer.
Orders in Transit
Since our products are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur over which we have no control. If the products are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait for the products to be received and return them afterwards. You can inform us in advance of your intention to cancel.
To ensure the quickest possible return, we ask you to send us shipping confirmation as soon as the product is returned.
Consequences of Withdrawal

What we refund: All payments received (excluding additional delivery costs). The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method chosen for the purchase.

What we do NOT refund: Return shipping costs, additional delivery costs (if a more expensive shipping method was chosen), and damage caused by improper handling.
The refund is processed after the products are received and verified.
ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
